Silvia Salamanca

Silvia Salamanca is an internationally acclaimed performer and instructor
from Mallorca, Spain.Silvia has gained international
recognition and is currently invited to teach workshops and perform in major
festivals world-wide, including being twice headliner for the Contest of the
Bellydancer of the world in Germany, and being featured as the local talent
for the Bellydance Superstars shows in October 2011 –Houston.

Silvia is an amazing powerhouse performer and instructor whose workshops and performances are a must see!!!!

Spanish gypsy passion: a new twist to include spanish skirt dance for bellydancers!
In this workshop, suitable for all levels, we will start breaking down the elements of the Zambra Mora (Spanish gypsy dance). we will learn the art of the beautiful hands and arms from flamenco and how to combine it with your oriental dance to add spark to it. Plus, we will get you spinning like a passionate gitana too! Can we ask for more? Yes! A modern time routine based on this ancient time! Please bring a fan, a skirt, and be ready to feel proud, joyful and fiery!! Ole!

What tribal-fusion bellydance can do for your dance: move like a snake!

In this workshop we will cover all the technique details on how to create and execute the snake-like movements that make tribal fusion unique. Muscle by muscle, step by step, upper-body isolations and lots of arm and hand work will be put together in steps and combinations to mesmerize any audience. Fluidity and smoothness at its best.
